UK Shipping

Our website is primarily focused on customers in the United Kingdom.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total is £25.00 or more, excluding any shipping fees unless stated otherwise.


EU Shipping

We also offer shipping to selected countries within the European Union.

Worldwide / Global Shipping

We may offer shipping to selected international destinations outside the UK and EU.

Shipping availability, costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.

International customers are responsible for checking whether sweets and food products can be imported into their country before placing an order.


Order Processing Times

Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, launches, promotions, holidays or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect from a courier or postal depot, we may offer to resend the order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Due to the nature of food products, we may not be able to refund returned sweets if they are no longer suitable for resale.


Delays

We always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, but delays can sometimes happen.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for orders refused, returned, seized or destroyed due to customs restrictions, unpaid fees, or import rules in the destination country.


Damaged or Missing Orders
